摘 要:精度是拉索式操纵系统的重要性能指标之一,其高低直接影响发动机的稳态和瞬态性能。介绍拉索式发动机操纵系统的组成及原理,通过拉索式操纵系统精度试验,从单程精度、回程差和重复性精度三个维度分析其精度特性;采用单一变量法,通过试验依次分析弹簧力臂和刚度系数、拉索导向套路线布置以及拉索的长度等对操纵系统精度的影响。结果表明:拉索式操纵系统单程精度绝对值小于5%,在死区外的范围回程差小于3%,重复性精度小于2%;可通过合理设计拉索长度及弹簧刚度系数缩小死区范围;拉索导向套两端的横向间距过大会降低操纵系统精度。Accuracy is one of the important performance indexes of the cable control system,which directly affects the steady and transient performance of the engine.The composition and principle of cable engine control system are introduced,the accuracy characteristics of the test of cable control system are analyzed in the aspects of one-way accuracy,stroke accuracy and repeatability accuracy.The effects of spring force arm and stiffness coefficient,cable guide sleeve routing and cable length on precision of the control system are analyzed with single variable method.The result shows that the absolute value of one-way accuracy of cable engine control system is less than 5%,the stoke accuracy outside the dead zone is less than 3%,and the repeatability accuracy is less than 2%.The dead zone range in the cable system can be reduced by means of reasonable design of the cable length and spring stiffness factor.The wider lateral spacing between the ends of cable guide sleeve can reduce the accuracy of the control system.The research results have practical guidance for the development of high-precision cable engine control system.
