摘  要:拔丝机是金属制品生产预加工设备,而放线架作为拔丝生产线上最前端的设备,在整个生产线过程中发挥了重要的作用。本文分析了鼠笼式放线架的结构特点和工作原理,运用UG软件首先对各零部件进行了实体建模,之后将各零部件进行了虚拟装配,最后对放线架进行了运动仿真,为其优化设计和制造奠定了基础。Wire drawing machine is a pre-processing equipment for metal products production. As the most front-end equipment of wire drawing production line, wire drawing frame plays an important role in the whole production line process. In this paper, the structural characteristics and working principle of the squirrel cage pay off frame are analyzed. First of all, the parts are modeled by UG software. Then,the virtual assembly of the parts is carried out. Finally, the motion simulation of the pay off frame is carried out, which lays the foundation for its optimal design and manufacture.
