天然药物化学课程波谱解析教学理实融合模式初探

摘　　要：针对天然药物化学中波谱解析在传统教学中的难点,为了提高学生综合解谱技能,设计并实施了基于理实融合模式的天然药物化学中化合物结构解析内容的教学探索。通过ChemDraw软件、MestRenova软件以及“天然产物波谱库”的引入,以“解析未知化合物结构”任务为导向,逐步使学生吸收并消化天然药物化学波谱解析的内容,实现波谱理论知识学习与解析能力提升的统一。On account of the teaching difficulties of spectrum analysis of organic compound in Medicinal Chemistry of Natural Products,this paper reveal the preliminary study of teaching in spectrum analysis of organic compound bases for building courses integrated theory and practice.In order tomake students have a thorough knowledge of spectrum analysis,ChemDraw,MestRenova,and u natural products spectrum libraryn are introduced into the classroom,innovative team tasks(Identification of 4 unknown*compounds)are provided for students.The preliminary study of teaching resultsin improvement of student*s comprehensive professional ability and practical ability.
