丽水地区宫颈癌患者乳头瘤病毒感染状况及特点分析

摘　　要：目的:了解丽水地区宫颈癌患者人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的基因型及其分布特点。方法:采用中山大学达安基因股份有限公司生产的HPV基因分型检测试剂盒,DNA反向斑点杂交技术的检测方法对丽水地区2016年1月至2018年1月共收集的224例宫颈癌患者进行了HPV 28种基因亚型的分型检测。结果:研究人群中HPV总阳性率为93.3%,感染率较高的高危型HPV为58亚型(45.9%)、52亚型(28.2%),感染率较高的低危型HPV为6亚型(42.1%)、11亚型(24.9%)。单一感染的比例为18.7%,二重感染的比例为32.5%,多重感染的比例为48.8%。结论:丽水地区宫颈癌患者中HPV的感染率和多重感染比例均较高。[Objective]To understand the genotypes and distribution characteristics of human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in cervical cancer patients in Lishui.[Method]The HPV genotyping test kit produced by Sunan University Daan Gene Co.,Ltd.and the DNA reverse dot blot hybridization method were used to detect 224 cervical cancer patients collected from January 2016 to January 2018 in Lishui.The typing of HPV 28 gene subtypes was tested.[Result]The total positive rate of HPV in the study population was 93.3%.The high-risk HPV with high infection rate was 58 subtypes(45.9%)and 52 subtypes(28.2%).The low-risk HPV with high infection rate was 6 subtypes.(42.1%),11 subtypes(24.9%).The proportion of single infection was 18.7%,the proportion of double infection was 32.5%,and the proportion of multiple infection was 48.8%.[Conclusion]The incidence of HPV infection and multiple infections are higher in cervical cancer patients in Lishui.
