摘　　要：脑出血是指非外伤性脑实质内出血,常见于罹患多年高血压且血压控制不佳的45岁以上人群。因其具有病情变化快、预后差等特点,脑出血的预防、诊疗成为医学界关注的重点。其中,青年人群脑出血的发病人数有增加趋势。从病因方面看,中老年脑出血多为微血管病变导致,而青年脑出血病因繁多,高血压、颅内血管结构异常等病因较为常见,系统性疾病、特殊生理病理状态等也占据了重要部分,另外有部分青年脑出血患者病因尚不明确。因此,探究青年脑出血病因特点可为青年脑出血患者提供适合的个体化预防、诊疗方案。Intracerebral hemorrhage refers to non-traumatic internal hemorrhage of the brain,commonly seen in people over 45 years old who have been suffering from hypertension for years with poorly controlled blood pressure.Due to its rapid changes and poor prognosis of the disease,intracerebral hemorrhage prevention,diagnosis and treatment has always been the focus of medical attention.Among them,the number of young people with intracerebral hemorrhage is increasing.In terms of etiology,senile cerebral hemorrhage is mostly resulted from microvascular lesions,while there are many different kinds of etiology in the youth,among which high blood pressure,intracranial vascular structural abnormalities are more commonly seen,though systemic disease,special physiological and pathological conditions also occupy an important part.Besides,the etiology of some young patients is unclear.Therefore,to explore the etiological characteristics of young intracerebral hemorrhage can provide suitable individualized prevention and treatment programs for young intracerebral hemorrhage patients.
