摘 要:垂体泌乳素腺瘤是一种常见的脑垂体肿瘤,对人类生殖健康产生了极大的危害。目前,垂体泌乳素腺瘤的动物模型主要有雌激素诱发模型、转基因动物模型、可移植性模型和自发性模型等,为研究泌乳素腺瘤的发病机制提供了有利的工具,但均存在不足;且垂体泌乳素腺瘤的发病机制尚不完全清楚,主要的理论有雌激素/受体机制、基因的异常表达以及细胞因子、受体和信号通路的异常调节、微RNA的调控等,严重制约了临床治疗药物的研发。因此,为了更好地治疗垂体泌乳素腺瘤,亟待研发出泌乳素腺瘤的精确动物模型并探究其发病机制。Prolactinomas is a common pituitary adenoma,which has great damage on human reproductive health.At present,there are animal models of prolactinomas including estrogen-induced model,transgenic animal model,transplantable animal model and spontaneous model,which provide useful tools for studying the pathogenesis of prolactinoma,but they all have some shortcomings.The main existing pathogenesis theories include estrogen/receptor mechanism,abnormal gene expression ,abnormal regulation of cytokines,receptors and signaling pathways,and regulation of miRNA,but the pathogene sis of pituitary prolactinoma is not fully understood,which seriously restricts the development of clinical therapeutic drugs.Therefore,in order to better treat prolactinomas,it is urgent to develop the precise animal models and explore the pathogenesis.
