李翔教授运用泻白散合犀角地黄汤治疗巩膜炎(火疳)经验总结

摘　　要：火疳为常见、疑难病,易于复发,治疗棘手。李翔教授认为“肺经实火、白睛脉络瘀滞,热瘀互结,蕴而成疳”为其主要病机,证属肺经实火、血热瘀滞,治以清泻肺火、凉血退赤,方选泻白散合犀角地黄汤加减,获效显著。Scleritis is one of the common and intractable ocular diseases with high recurrence rate.According to Prof.Li Xiang's experience,the main pathogenesis is excessive fire of lung and stagnation of scleral vessels resulting in blood-heat stasis,then becoming nodule.Excessive fire of lung and blood-heat stasis are the main dialectical thinking.Treated by modifying Xiebai Powder combined with Xijiaodihuang Decoction to clear away lung-fire and cool blood has been receiving remarkable results.
