摘　　要：肺癌性淋巴管炎(pulmonary lymphangitic carcinomatosis,PLC)是一种少见的肺内转移癌,诊断困难,预后较差。本文就1例胃印戒细胞癌并PLC患者的诊治过程进行分析,为临床工作者提供参考,降低该病死亡率。Pulmonary lymphangitic carcinomatosis(PLC)is a rare intrapulmonary metastatic carcinoma with difficult diagnosis and poor prognosis.In this paper,the diagnosis and treatment process of a patient with gastric signet ring cell carcinoma and PLC was analyzed to provide reference for clinical workers and reduce the mortality of this disease.
