摘　　要：目的探讨雌激素受体(ER)-α及孕激素受体(PR)在前列腺癌(PCa)组织中的表达水平及其与PCa患者临床特征和预后的关系。方法选取66例PCa患者的PCa组织作为PCa组,另选取同时期的60例良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者的BPH组织作为BPH组。比较两组患者的ER-α、PR阳性率,分析ER-α、PR阳性率与PCa患者临床特征及无病生存期的关系。结果PCa组中ER-α、PR的阳性表达率均明显高于BPH组(P﹤0.01)。肿瘤直径﹥1.5 cm、Gleason评分为8~10分、前列腺特异性抗原(PSA)﹥7 ng/ml的PCa患者ER-α、PR的阳性表达率均明显高于肿瘤直径≤1.5 cm、Gleason评分﹤8分、PSA≤7 ng/ml的PCa患者(P﹤0.01)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,PCa组织中ER-α、PR的阳性表达情况与PCa患者的肿瘤直径、Gleason评分、PSA水平均呈正相关(P﹤0.01)。ER-α、PR阳性表达情况均与PCa患者的无病生存期有关(P﹤0.05)。结论ER-α、PR在PCa组织中的阳性表达率较高,且与PCa患者的肿瘤直径、Gleason评分、PSA水平和无病生存期均有关。Objective To explore the expression levels of estrogen receptor-α(ER-α)and progesterone receptor(PR)in prostate cancer(PCa)tissues and its relationship with the clinical characteristics and prognosis of PCa patients.Method The PCa tissues of 66 patients with PCa(PCa group)and benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)tissues of 60 patients with BPH(BPH group)were retrospectively analyzed.The positive expression rates of ER-αand PR were compared,and the relationship between positive expression rates of ER-αand PR and clinical characteristics and disease-free survival(DFS)time of PCa patients was investigated.Result The positive expression rates of ER-αand PR in PCa group were significantly higher than those in BPH group(P<0.01).The positive expression rates of ER-αand PR in PCa patients with tumor diameter>1.5 cm,Gleason score of 8~10,prostate specific antigen(PSA)>7 ng/ml were higher than those in patients with tumor diameter≤1.5 cm,Gleason score<8,PSA≤7 ng/ml(P<0.01).Spearman correlation analysis showed that positive expressions of ER-αand PR were positively correlated with tumor diameter,Gleason score and PSA level(P<0.01).The positive expression of ER-αand PR were associated with patients’DFS time(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression level of ER-αand PR in PCa tissues are relatively high,and is correlated with tumor diameter,Gleason score,level of PSA,and DFS time.
