摘  要:目的探讨整合素αv亚家族在喉鳞癌(laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma,LSCC)中的表达,并探讨其表达率与喉鳞癌的肿瘤生物学行为及血管生成的关系。方法①整合素αv亚家族包括αv、β1、β3、β5、β6和β8亚基,用免疫组织化学法在64例LSCC患者的癌变组织里检测它们的表达,然后分析其与喉鳞癌的癌变与血管生成之间的关系;②同一组患者行CD105免疫组化染色。采用CD105染色计算LSCC瘤内微血管密度(intratumoral microvessel density,IMVD),探讨IMVD与整合素αv亚家族表达的相关性。结果①在LSCC中可以检测到整合素αv亚家族的所有成员。整合素αv和β5亚基的表达率在喉鳞癌组织中明显高于正常组织,在淋巴转移组中的表达率明显高于无转移组;②在整合素αv和β5亚基高表达组里,IMVD显著高表达,但在β1、β3、β6和β8亚基组里IMVD的表达没有特殊相关性。结论整合素αv亚家族里整合素αvβ5在LSCC的入侵和转移中可能发挥着重要的作用。Objective To investigate the expression of the integrinαv subfamily in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC),and relation between its expression rate with tumor biological behavior and angiogenesis of the LSCC.Methods①The integrinαv subfamily,includingαv,β1,β3,β5,β6 andβ8 subunits,was immunohistochemically detected in 64 patients with LSCC,and the relationship between the expression rate and the clinicopathological stage was analyzed.②Immunohistochemical staining for CD105 was carried out in the same group of the patients.The intratumoral microvessel density(IMVD)of the LSCC was calculated by CD105 staining,and the correlation between the IMVD andαv subfamily expression was discussed.Results①The results showed that all members of the integrinαv subfamily could be detected in the LSCC.The expression rate of integrinαv andβ5 subunits in primary cancer was significantly higher than in normal tissue,and their expression rate in the group with lymphatic metastasis was significantly higher than in the group without metastasis.②The IMVD of the group with positive expression ofαv andβ5 subunits was significantly higher than in the group with negative expression,but there was no significant effects on theβ1,β3,β6 andβ8 subunits in these biological processes.Conclusion Among the members of integrinαv subfamily,integrinαvβ5 might play an important role in invasion and metastases of the LSCC.
