摘　　要：目的:研究单一三维适形放射疗法与联合顺铂治疗晚期食管癌的临床效果及不良反应。方法:2016年10月-2018年10月收治晚期食管癌患者100例,根据化疗方法分为两组各50例。对照组通过三维适形放射疗法治疗;观察组通过三维适形放射疗法联合顺铂治疗。比较两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:三维适形放射疗法联合顺铂治疗晚期食管癌效果更佳。Objective:To explore the effect and adverse reaction of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy and cisplatin concurrent chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:From October 2016 to October 2018,100 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were selected.According to the chemotherapy method,they were divided into two groups of 50 cases in each.The control group was treated with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy,the observation group was treated with three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with cisplatin.We compared the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of three dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with cisplatin concurrent chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer is better.
