摘　　要：目的:探讨联合切除法治疗上睑松弛的临床疗效。方法:2015年1月-2016年1月收治上睑松弛伴眉形不佳行手术治疗患者120例,随机分为两组。对照组采用重睑术或单纯切眉术治疗,试验组采用切眉术联合重睑术治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者术后伤口均甲级愈合,无并发症。经6~12个月随访,试验组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:切眉术联合重睑术治疗上睑松弛伴眉形不佳,术后临床效果良好,患者满意度高。Objective:To explore the clinical strategy of combined resection in the treatment of upper eyelid laxity.Methods:120 patients with upper eyelid laxity and poor eyebrow shape who treated surgically were selected from January 2015 to January 2016,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group was treated with double eyelid surgery or simple eyebrow resection,whlie the experimental group was treated with double eyelid surgery and double eyelid surgery.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The wounds of all patients healed in grade A without complications.After 6~12 months follow-up,the patients'satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Eyebrow incision combined with double eyelid operation for the treatment of upper eyelid laxity with poor eyebrow shape has good clinical effect and high patients'satisfaction.
