明代日用类书中的养生思想

摘　　要：作为面向社会民众传播日常生活知识的通俗读物,明代日用类书在"养德即养生"思潮的影响下,贴合民众现实的养生需求,通过简单易懂的表述将儒家尚俭、中和的道德观念融入寡欲养形、养心凝神等日常养生思想中,使得民众在规戒自身行为的同时自觉接受儒家的道德规范。明代日用类书将儒家道德观念融入民众日常所需的养生知识中,进一步推动了儒家伦理的民间化。The encyclopedias for daily use published in Ming Dynasty are popular books for ordinary people to disseminate knowledge of daily life,under the influence of the trend of thought of "Moral cultivation is health preservation",the encyclopedias for daily use fit people′s practical needs,integrate Confucian ethics of thrift and neutrality into the health preservation thought of oligarchy and mind preservation with a simple and understandable expression.The thought of health preservation reformed by Confucianism made people accept Confucian moral norms consciously while constraining on their behaviors.The encyclopedias for daily use in Ming Dynasty integrated Confucian moral concepts into people′s daily health knowledge,which further promoted the civilization of Confucian ethics.
