摘 要:本文设计了一款工业设备用24 V锂电池充电器系统。系统以STM32F03为主控芯片,采用Buck电路拓扑和半桥驱动芯片IR2104,驱动电路中开关管的导通。同时配有保护电路模块、采样调理电路模块、辅助电源模块等。软件程序采用逐波控制框架,将逐次积分控制与PI控制结合,优化了充电的启动过程。此外,利用电压滞回区间作为判据,实现恒流充电模式与恒压充电模式的切换,平稳了充电电流。最后通过分析锂电池充电器系统的损耗,为进一步提高系统的效率打下基础。A 24 V lithium battery charger system is designed in this paper.STM32F03 as the main control chip,the system adopts Buck circuit topology,and half-bridge driver IR2104 is used to drive the on-off of switch in Buck circuit.At the same time,it is equipped with protection circuit module,sampling and conditioning circuit module,auxiliary power supply module,etc.The software program uses a wave-by-wave control framework,which combines successive integral control with PI control to optimize the start-up process of charging.In addition,the switching between constant current charging mode and constant voltage charging mode is judged by the voltage hysteresis interval,which stabilizes the charging current.Finally,the efficiency of the system is further improved by analyzing the loss of the system.
