摘　　要：马克思恩格斯通过对巴黎公社革命经验的系统总结,将无产阶级专政的政权定位为社会公仆,提出了防止国家机关由社会公仆蜕变为社会主人的重要思想,催生了社会公仆思想的原初出场。出场之后,是波澜壮阔的行程。公社建立无产阶级政权后,为了防止国家机关由社会公仆蜕变为社会主人,始终坚持人民立场,出台了接受人民监督、实现和维护人民利益、建设“廉价政府”等一系列措施,有效避免了这一后果的出现,实现了社会公仆思想的在场。中国革命、建设和改革历程中的政权建设是巴黎公社原则在一个东方大国的再现,实现了马克思社会公仆思想的永恒在场。By systematically summarizing the revolutionary experience of Paris Commune,Marx and Engels positioned the dictatorship of the proletariat as social public servants;put forward the important thought of preventing the state organs from transforming from social public servants to social masters,which gave birth to the initial appearance of social public servants.After coming out,it was a magnificent itinerary.After the establishment of the proletarian regime,in order to prevent the state organs from transforming from public servants to social masters,the commune has always adhered to the people’s position,issued a series of measures,such as accepting the people's supervision,realizing and safeguarding the people’s interests,and building a“cheap government”,which effectively avoided the emergence of this result and realized the presence of the social public servant thought.The political power construction in the course of Chinese revolution,construction and reform is the reappearance of Paris Commune principle in an oriental country,which realizes the eternal presence of Marx’s social public servant thought.
