摘　　要：职业技能大赛在具体实施过程中,会产生一些负面影响,大赛会造成有限的教学资源分享不均衡、冲击日常教学活动、规范制度不完善、激励不足等问题,通过优化教学有限资源共享、改善实训教学、完善相关大赛制度以及强化激励措施,可以有效利用职业技能大赛,促进应用型金融专业教学改革的进一步深化与发展。In the process of the professional skill competition,there will be some negative effects,which will cause the uneven in sharing the limited teaching resources,impacting the daily teaching activities,the standard system is not perfect,and the incentive is insufficient.By optimizing the limited teaching resources sharing,improving the practical teaching,improving the relevant competition system and strengthening the incentive measures,we can effectively benefit the professional technology competition,promote the application of financial professional teaching reform to further deepen.
