摘　　要：本文在总结习近平“精准扶贫”理论相关研究成果的基础上,梳理了中国反贫困思想的演进历程与“精准扶贫”理论的形成,系统整理和归纳了习近平“精准扶贫”理论的科学内涵,阐述了“精准扶贫”理论与马克思主义反贫困理论之间的关系。研究表明:“精准扶贫”理论体系的内容包含三个大类九大精准,是对马克思主义反贫困理论的继承、创新和发展,是马克思主义反贫困理论中国化、当代化的最新理论和实践成果。在此基础上,文章以习近平“精准扶贫”理论为指导,从发展和创新的视角,对新时代背景下扶贫、脱贫过程中存在的问题进行了系统思考,提出要完善贫困识别的指标体系、构建可持续的反贫困长效机制、健全分类治理的措施体系、充分发挥教育在反贫困中的价值与作用。On the basis of summarizing Xi Jin-ping's research on the theory of "precision poverty lleviation",this paper summarizes the evolution of China's anti-poverty thoughts and the formation of the theory of"precision poverty alleviation"The scientific connotation of Xi Jin-ping's"precision poverty alleviation"theory was systematically organized and summarized,and the relationship between the"precision poverty alleviation"theory and Marx's anti-poverty theory was expounded.Research shows that the content of the"precision poverty alleviation"theoretical system includes three major categorics and nine major precisions.It is the inheritance,innovation,and development of Marx's anti-poverty theory,and it is the latest theory and practi-cal results of Marx's anti-poverty theory in China.On this basis,guided by Xi Jin-ping's "precision poverty alleviation"theory,and from the perspective of development and innovation,this article systematically considers the problems ex isting in the process of poverty alleviation in the context of the new era,and proposes to improve the poverty identification index system,construct a sustainable long-term anti-poverty mechanism,improve the system of measures for classified govemance,and give full play to the value and role of education in anti-poverty.
