摘 要:鼻咽癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,东南亚的发病率居于首位,在我国以广东、广西等南部省份最为常见。长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在鼻咽癌等多种肿瘤中的发生、发展和治疗抵抗等环节中发挥举足轻重的作用,也可作为肿瘤诊断、预后的生物标志物和治疗的潜在靶点。本文总结了lncRNA在鼻咽癌中的国内外研究进展,希望能为未来鼻咽癌的诊治提供新的思路。Nasopharyngeal carcinoma is one of the most common maligancies of head and neck that mainly occurs in southeast Asian. In China there are high prevalences of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in Guangdong,Guangxi and other southern provinces. Long non-coding RNA( lncRNA) plays an important role in the pathogenesis,development and chemoradiotherapy resistance of various tumors including nasopharyngeal carcinoma. It can be used as a promising biomarker for tumor diagnosis and prognosis prediction as well as a therapeutic target. This article reviewed the research progress of lncRNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma at home and abroad,which may provide novel ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma in future.
