污染控制及劳动力成本对制造业结构调整的影响机制研究

摘　　要：基于CES生产函数,引入污染控制和劳动力成本因素,从理论和实证上考察二者对制造业结构合理化和结构高端化的作用机制。研究发现:劳动力成本上升有利于制造业结构合理化和高端化的调整,劳动力成本与劳动力密集型行业交互项对微观企业和宏观制造业结构调整影响呈现"U"型;污染控制对微观企业生产结构调整的压力明显,显著抑制污染类型企业自身的结构调整且边际效应递减,但显著有利于宏观制造业整体结构调整;劳动力成本和污染控制"双重"压力,使微观企业和宏观制造业结构的边际调整效应递增,验证了"条件"Porter假说。Based on the CES production function,this paper introduces pollution control and labor cost factors,and to examine the mechanism that the two factors act on the rationalization of manufacturing structure and high-end development of manufacturing structure from the theoretical and empirical aspects.The study finds that the increase of labor cost is conducive to the adjustment of rationalization and high-end development of the manufacturing structure.The interaction between labor cost,labor-intensive industry has a U-shaped impact on the micro-enterprise and macro-manufacturing structure adjustment.Pollution control has obvious pressure on micro-enterprise production structure adjustment,it significantly inhibits the structural adjustment of pollution-type enterprises themselves,and the marginal effect is diminishing,but it is significantly beneficial to the overall structural adjustment of macro-manufacturing.The"double"pressure of labor costs and pollution control has increased the marginal adjustment effect of micro-enterprises and macro-manufacturing structures,verified the"condition"Porter hypothesis.
