摘　　要：近年来,对于大血管闭塞性急性缺血性卒中患者而言,血管内机械血栓切除术已成为最推荐的一种治疗方法。明确是否存在缺血半暗带,对于选择适宜行血管内机械血栓切除术的患者至关重要。此外,缺血半暗带也为延长传统静脉溶栓治疗的时间窗提供了指导。文章对缺血半暗带的影像学评估方法进行了综述。In recent years,for patients with acute ischemic stroke due to large vessel occlusion,intravascular mechanical thrombectomy has become the most recommended treatment method.Determining whether there is ischemic penumbra or not is very important for the selection of patients who are suitable for endovascular mechanical thrombectomy.In addition,the ischemic penumbra also provides guidance for extending the time window of traditional intravenous thrombolytic therapy.This article reviews the imaging evaluation methods of ischemic penumbra.
