摘  要:目的:评估混合模拟培训是否能够提高医学生的操作技能、自信心和沟通能力。方法:使用模拟病人和模具进行混合模拟教学,培训医学生妇科检查及清宫术操作,对培训后的医患沟通能力和技能进行考核,并与传统模拟教学进行比较,同时调查学生对混合模拟教学的评价和建议。结果:采用培训目标明确的混合模拟训练有助于提升医学生妇产科临床操作技能和临床思维能力,同时提高学生对临床教学的满意度。结论:构建科学、合理的妇产科临床混合模拟训练以及考核体系并有效地实施,可促进医学生掌握妇产科临床技能。Objective: This study was designed to assess whether using hybrid simulation training(HST) could improve the competence, confidence and communication skills of medical students compared to conventional teaching. Methods: HST was compared with conventional pelvic manikin in teaching of gynaecological examination and uterine curettage. The evaluation and suggestions for HST from medical students were collected and analysed. Results: The use of HST was helpful to improve the doctor-patient communication, clinical thinking ability, the operation skills and the students’ satisfaction with clinical training in gynecology and obstetrics. Conclusion: The establishment of a scientific and reasonable HST curriculum and assessment system can promote medical students to master clinical skills of obstetrics and gynecology.
