摘　　要：以信息素养评价标准为指导,结合图书馆馆员工作特点,运用层次分析法(AHP),构建了图书馆馆员信息素养评价体系,得出评价权重与评价结果,用数据为馆员信息素养评价体系做支撑,就如何提升图书馆馆员信息素养提出相关建议。Guided by the information literacy evaluation criteria and based on the characteristics of librarians’work,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct the evaluation system of librarians'information literacy,and obtains the evaluation weight and evaluation results.This paper makes use of data to support the evaluation system of librarians'information literacy,and puts forward some suggestions for improving librarians'information literacy.
