摘 要:早期直接空冷机组大多数使用电动机来驱动给水泵,厂用电率较高,其驱动方式改造可以降低厂用电率。对山西某300 MW直接空冷机组给水泵驱动方式改造方案的技术、经济性进行了分析,计算了给水泵驱动方式改造前后厂用电率、给水泵及其配件的总效率和电厂运行效益的变化。结果表明:给水泵改为小汽轮机驱动后,机组的厂用电率降低约2.7%,年运行收益可达2097万元。Most of the early direct air cooling units used electric motors to drive the feed water pump. The auxiliary power consumption rate was high, and the modification of driving mode could reduce the auxiliary power consumption rate. The technical and economical analysis of the reform method of the feed pump driving mode of a 300 MW direct air-cooling unit in Shanxi was analyzed. The total efficiency of the feed water pump, the total efficiency of the feed pump and its accessories and the operating efficiency of the power plant were calculated before and after the reform of the feed pump drive mode. The results show that after the feed pump is changed to a small steam turbine drive, the auxiliary power consumption rate is reduced by about 2.7%, and the annual operating income can reach 20.97 million yuan.
