摘　　要：战略性新兴产业对于经济的促进作用显而易见,河北正处于经济发展的关键期,大力发展战略性新兴产业是提升全省经济发展质量和水平的重要举措。科技创新是战略性新兴产业发展的根本动力,以实施创新驱动发展战略为基础,不断在重大关键技术上取得突破,统筹规划产业布局,加大科技人才培养力度,完善政策支持,优化发展环境,实现全省战略性新兴产业的跨越式发展。The strategic emerging industries play an obvious role in promoting the economy. Hebei Province is in the critical period of the economic development. Vigorously developing strategic emerging industries is an important measure to improve the quality and level of the economic development in Hebei Province. The scientific and technological innovation is the fundamental driving force for the development of strategic emerging industries. Based on the implementation of innovation driven development strategy, we should make the continuous breakthroughs in the major key technologies, plan the whole industrial layout, strengthen the training of scientific and technological talents, improve the policy support, optimize the development environment, in order to realize the leapfrog development of strategic emerging industries in Hebei Province.
