摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在分享图书馆战略规划与图书情报学科发展的最新理论动态和实践探索,促进图书馆实践和图书馆学理论协同共生。[方法/过程]本文以“图书馆战略规划与学科发展国际研讨会”的25位专家报告内容为综述对象,按照主题从战略规划与管理体制、资源建设与电子资源、特色馆藏与学科服务、全球社区与国际服务、公共文化与文化遗产、数字人文与数字建设、数据科学与科学数据、学科建设与人才培养八个模块进行归纳、总结和评述。[结果/结论]战略规划贯穿于图书馆事业发展的全流程,为其他各项业务工作提供战略指导。实现转型升级是图书馆未来发展的必由之路。[Purpose/significance]The aim of this paper is to share the latest theoretical developments and practical explorations of library strategic planning and the development of library and information science,and to promote the co-existence of library practice and library science.[Method/process]The contents of 25 expert reports from the"International Symposium of Library Strategic Planning and Discipline Development"are summarized.Eight sub-topics are analyzed and summarized:strategic planning and management system,resource construction and electronic resources,special collection and discipline service,global community and international service,public culture and cultural heritage,digital humanities and digital construction,data science and research data,discipline construction and talent cultivation.[Results/conclusion]Strategic planning runs through the whole stage of library development and provides strategic guidance for other professional businesses.To realize transformation and upgrading is the only way for the future development of libraries.
