常染色体D2S1338基因座被检父稀有等位基因分析

摘　　要：笔者在一例亲自鉴定中发现常染色体STR基因座D2S1338稀有等位基因13,查阅资料发现该基因在新疆维吾尔族、牡丹江朝鲜族、佛山汉族中的检出率明显高于其他地区,这提示其具有地区和人群特异性,在亲自鉴定中应引起重视。The author found a rare allele 13 of STR locus D2S1338 in a paternity testing. After searching the data he found that the detection rate of this gene in Xinjiang Uygur nationality, Mudanjiang Korean nationality, and Foshan Han nationality is significantly higher than other regions, which indicates that it has regional and population specificity, which should be paid attention to in paternity testing.
