中国跨国投资、生态环境优势和经济发展——基于“一带一路”国家空间相关性

摘　　要：基于国际投资理论研究,文章运用空间杜宾模型实证研究中国OFDI和东道国生态环境优势对“一带一路”沿线国家经济发展的影响。研究表明,首先“一带一路”沿线国家无论是经济发展或是生态环境建设都存在较强的空间联系。其次,中国对外直接投资显著促进沿线国家的经济发展为东道国快速跨过“环境库兹涅茨曲线”拐点创造了条件。再次,总体环境优势对沿线国家经济虽然具有正向效应,但具体各项生态环境优势的经济效用存在差异。最后,交互项研究表明,中国对外直接投资虽未彻底扭转生态环境变化与“一带一路”沿线国家经济的负向相关性,但对各环境因素的负向经济效用具有一定的抑制作用。Based on the theoretical research of international investment,this paper empirically studies the impact of China's OFDI and the eco-environmental advantages of the host country on the economic development of countries along the"he Belt and Road Initiatives"route by using the Spatial Dubin Model.The research shows that,first of all,there is a strong spatial connection between economic development and ecological environment construction in"the Belt and Road Initiatives.Second,China's OFDI has significantly promoted the economic development of countries along the routes,creating conditions for the host countries to quickly cross the inflection point of the"Environmental Kuznets curve".Thirdly,although the overall environmental advantage has a positive effect on the economy of the countries along the belt and road,there are differences in the economic effects of specific ecological environmental advantages.Finally,the interactive study shows that although China's OFDI has not completely reversed the negative correlation between ecological and environmental changes and the economy of countries along"the Belt and Road Initiatives",it has a certain inhibitory effect on the negative economic effects of various environmental factors.
