摘 要:列维纳斯哲学的公共阐释意义的达成,在于由所说到言说再复归所说的正义性的达成。所说,作为独断的非公共性阐释语言,是导致我们囿于本体论同一桎梏以及自我主义独断论的根本原因。言说,作为我与他者层面的公共阐释语言,为所说的同一与独断奠定了基于他者的伦理关联,但同时也缺乏正义与平等的普遍性基础。正义的所说,作为一种公共性阐释语言,以第三方的身份使所说在一开始便作为承担公共阐释义务的正义而存在,它是列维纳斯正义伦理学的重要组成部分,也是构建社会正义的关键所在。The realization of the meaning of public interpretation of Levinas’ s philosophy lies in the achievement of the justice of the said from the said to the saying. The said, as a dogmatic non-public interpretation language, is the fundamental reason that leads us to be restricted by the restriction of ontology, egoism and dogmatism. The saying, as a public interpretation language at the level of me and others, lays the ethical connection based on the other for the same and arbitrariness, but at the same time lacks the universal foundation of justice and equality. The justice saying, as a kind of public interpretation language as well as a third party, makes it at the very beginning as a justice undertaking the obligation of public interpretation. It is an important part of levinas’ s ethics of justice, and also the key to the construction of social justice.
