摘  要:为确保超大直径泥水盾构在海域软土地层掘进时盾构姿态满足施工需求,同时改善管片结构受力,减少管片崩角、破损的情况,结合汕头海湾隧道工程,建立盾构主机受力平衡方程,掌握在总推力一定的情况下各个分区压力、推力变化规律,分析推进系统各个分区输出不同推力时管片结构受力及变化情况,最终总结形成一种推进系统参数控制方法。利用该方法确定当总推力在50000 kN左右时,分区推力的建议控制范围和优选方案。The attitude of the super-large diameter slurry shield should meet the construction requirements when tunneling in soft soil layer of sea area,the force on the pipe segment structure should be improved,and the broken corner and damage of the pipe segment should be reduced.Hence,the force balance equation of main shield used in Shantou Bay Tunnel project is established.The variation laws of pressure and thrust in each zone are learned under the condition that the total thrust is certain,and the force and variation of the pipe segment structure under different output thrusts are analyzed.Finally,a parameter control method for the thrust system is put forward.The applicable results of the recommended method show that the control range and optimal scheme of the partitioned thrust can be determined when the total thrust is around 50000 kN.
