摘 要:在全面分析了食品营养与检测专业实践教学中存在问题的基础上,从优化专业教学团队、实践教学课程体系、课程考核评价体系3个方面入手,重新构建了融合创新创业能力培养的食品营养与检测专业的实践教学体系,以实现创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程,促进学生成长成才,以期为开展更广泛和深入的专业课程创新及创业教育提供参考。On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the practice teaching of food nutrition and testing specialty,this paper re-constructed the practice teaching system integrating with innovation and entrepreneurship abilities’cultivation from three aspects of optimizing the professional teaching team,the practical teaching curriculum system and the curriculum evaluation system,so as to achieve the innovation and entrepreneurship education to integrate into the process of talent cultivation,and promote students to become talents,to provide certain references for conducting a broader and in-depth innovation and entrepreneurship education of professional curriculum.
