网络微媒体环境下高校辅导员意识形态工作现状研究

摘　　要：进入网络微媒体时代,意识形态工作出现了新的特点,通过对天津市高校辅导员意识形态工作现状进行调研,发现辅导员存在缺乏信心、话语权式微、风险防范意识薄弱等问题,应通过做好宣传员、守护员和服务员三角色,在学生群体中培育和弘扬社会主义核心价值观,树立"四个意识",坚定"四个自信",充分掌握网络微媒体环境下意识形态领域的话语权。Entering the age of network micromedia,new features have emerged in ideological work.A random survey on the ideological work of college counselors in Tianjin,this paper points out that counselors have some shortcomings,such as lack of confidence,gradual loss of discourse power and weak awareness of risk prevention.By performing roles of propagandists,protectors and attendants,the college counselors should cultivate and promote the core socialist values,maintain the Four Consciousness and the Four Matters of Confidence,so as to fully grasp the right to speak in the ideological field in the network micromedia environment.
