盐酸伊托必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察盐酸伊托必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法:选取88例功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各44例。对照组采用盐酸伊托必利治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗,比较两组治疗前后胃电功率、胃电节律、血清生长抑素(SS)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平、临床症状评分及焦虑抑郁程度。结果:治疗后,观察组胃电功率、胃电节律、SS、5-HT水平均明显优于对照组,症状评分及汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸伊托必利联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗功能性消化不良的效果显著,可明显改善患者消化不良症状,改善焦虑抑郁情绪。Objective:To evaluate clinical effects of Itopride hydrochloride combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods:88 patients with functional dyspepsia were selected as research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,44 cases in each.The control group was treated with Itopride alone,while the observation group was combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets on the basis of that of the control group.The gastric electrical power,gastric rhythm,the levels of serum somatostatin(SS)and serotonin(5-HT),clinical symptom score,and anxiety and depression were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the gastric electrical power,gastric rhythm,the levels of SS and 5-HT in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group;the symptom scores and the scores of the Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale were significantly lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Compared with single Itopride hydrochloride,Itopride hydrochloride combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets is more effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Moreover,it can significantly improve the dyspepsia symptoms and the anxiety and depression emotions.
