摘　　要：特殊类型糖尿病是指除1型糖尿病、2型糖尿病及妊娠期糖尿病以外的所有病因引起的糖尿病。特殊类型糖尿病可能同时具有1型和2型糖尿病的特征,常被误诊、漏诊。特殊类型糖尿病病因明确,诊断后可能导致治疗方案的改变。了解特殊类型糖尿病的特征对在临床工作中早期识别特殊类型糖尿病,合理选择治疗方法并改善患者预后有重要意义。Special types of diabetes mellitus refer to diabetes other than T1DM,T2DM and GDM. Special types of diabetes mellitus are easily misdiagnosed or underdiagnosed because of the sharing characteristics with T1DM and T2DM. The causes of special types of diabetes are relatively definite and the diagnosis might influence therapeutic considerations.Understand the clinical features of special types of diabetes mellitus is of great significance to early identification of it,selecting reasonable therapy and determining his or her prognosis.
