摘  要:文章通过调查发现北京市高职金融专业现状堪忧,主要表现在:目标泛化、模式表象化、组织僵化、实施大众化、考核简单化,原因在于其众多影响因素在互相交织、耦合作用下,形成内在随机性、初值敏感性、分形与奇异吸引子四大混沌隐喻特征,据此提出高职金融教育创新要重视初始条件,适时掌握各因素的随机游走形态,并依据分形特征因势利导,强化教育的自组织能力,充分发挥教育组织与实施中的蝴蝶效应,可以有效减少教育盲目性。through the investigation,this paper finds that the current situation of financial major in higher vocational colleges in Beijing is worrying,which is mainly manifested in the following aspects:goal generalization,mode representation,organization rigidity,implementation popularization and examination simplification.The reason lies in the four chaotic metaphorical features of internal randomness,initial value sensitivity,fractal and strange attractor under the interaction of many influencing factors The innovation of Higher Vocational Financial Education should pay attention to the initial conditions,timely grasp the random walk form of various factors,and according to the fractal characteristics,strengthen the selforganization ability of education,give full play to the butterfly effect in the organization and implementation of education,which can effectively reduce the blindness of education.
