口腔正畸联合烤瓷桥固定修复治疗成人牙齿错牙合的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨口腔正畸联合烤瓷桥固定修复治疗成人牙齿错牙合的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月至2018年12月我院收治的牙齿错牙合患者80例,随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组进行常规口腔正畸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用烤瓷桥固定修复治疗。随访6个月,比较两组患者治疗后的牙齿松动分级、相关症状功能评分及并发症情况。结果治疗后,观察组的牙齿松动分级明显优于对照组,自觉症状评分和行使功能评分均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。随访期间,观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸联合烤瓷桥固定修复治疗成人牙齿错牙合,能更好地确保患者牙齿稳定性,提高牙齿生理功能,减少不适感,且不良反应少,安全可靠。Objective To explore the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with porcelain bridge fixed restoration in the treatment of adult dental malocclusion.Methods 80 patients with dental malocclusion admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine orthodontic treatment,while the observation group received porcelain bridge fixed restoration on the basis of the control group.Followed up for 6 months,the tooth loosening grade,related symptom functional scores and complications after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the tooth loosening grade of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the conscious symptom score and exercise function score were significantly higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).During the follow-up,the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Orthodontics combined with porcelain bridge fixed restoration in the treatment of adult dental malocclusion can better ensure the dental stability of patients,improve the dental physiological function,and reduce the discomfort,with fewer adverse reactions,which is safe and reliable.
