临床微生物室室间质评结果分析

摘　　要：目的对室间质评结果进行分析总结,找出问题,提高微生物检测水平。方法由国家卫生健康委员会临床检验中心和河南省卫生厅临床检验中心发放的2014—2018年室间质评标本,按照标准方法进行检测,并对部分菌株进行药敏试验。结果共对153株菌进行鉴定,正确率为96.7%,真菌鉴定率最低,只有94.4%。共做药敏247种,正确241种,有误6种,正确率为97.6%。结论参加微生物室间质评可加强室内质控,提高职业人员的临床微生物学诊断水平。Objective To analyze the external quality control results,find out the existing problems and improve the level of microbial detection.Methods According to standardized methods,external quality specimens which were distributed by National Health Commission Clinical Test Centre and Henan Province Clinical Test Centre from 2014 to 2018 were detected and some strains were carried on antimicrobial sensitivity test.Results The correct rate of all the 153 strains which were identified was 96.7%and the identified correct rate of the fungi was the lowest,which was only 94.4%.There were 247 kinds of drug sensitivity,241 kinds were correct,6 kinds were wrong,and the accuracy was 97.6%.Conclusion The external quality control of clinical microbiology laboratory may strengthen the internal quality control and improve the professional staff's diagnostic level for clinical microbiology.
