黄芪解毒汤对三阴性乳腺癌患者术后复发转移的影响

摘　　要：目的观察三阴性乳腺癌患者术后使用黄芪解毒汤对其复发转移率的远期疗效。方法选取2016年3月-2018年5月实施手术的三阴性乳腺癌患者86例,根据随机对照原则分为2组,各43例。对照组术后采取TC方案治疗,观察组则联合使用黄芪解毒汤,经过3个月治疗后,对比2组患者临床总有效率、复发转移率及生活质量。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率(65.12%)较对照组(41.86%)高,复发转移率(11.63%)较对照组(32.56%)低,生活质量卡氏评分较对照组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三阴性乳腺癌患者术后联合使用黄芪解毒汤治疗,可提高治疗总有效率及生活质量,降低复发转移率,效果较为显著。Objective To observe the long-term effect of Huangqi Jiedu decoction on the recurrence and metastasis rate of patients with triple-negative breast cancer.Methods Eighty-three patients with triple-negative breast cancer who underwent surgery from March 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized control,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with TC regimen.The observation group was treated with Huangqi Jiedu decoction.After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate,recurrence and metastasis rate and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate(65.12%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(41.86%).The recurrence and metastasis rate(11.63%)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(32.56%).The quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Huangqi Jiedu decoction in patients with triple-negative breast cancer can improve the total effective rate and quality of life,and reduce the rate of recurrence and metastasis.The effect is more significant.
