摘　　要：基于资源基础和社会网络理论,分析标准联盟网络资源禀赋(网络资源影响力、网络资源异质性)、结构嵌入性对企业新产品开发绩效的影响,并探讨网络资源禀赋在结构嵌入性对新产品开发绩效影响中的调节作用。基于国家标准馆的标准题录数据和国家工信部发布的车辆产品公告数据,以1999—2016年嵌入在中国汽车产业标准联盟网络中所有车辆生产企业为样本进行实证检验。结果表明:标准联盟网络资源影响力显著正向影响企业新产品开发绩效,但网络资源异质性的正向影响不显著;标准联盟网络中心度正向影响新产品开发绩效,但结构洞负向影响新产品开发绩效;网络资源影响力提升将削弱中心度对新产品开发绩效的正向作用;网络资源异质性提升有助于企业在新产品开发中发挥网络中心位置优势,弱化结构洞位置劣势。Based on the theory of resource-based review and social network,it explored how standard-setting alliance's network resource endowment and structure embeddedness affect firm's new product development(NPD)performance,and network resource endowment’s moderating role on the relationship between network structure embeddedness and NPD performance.By using the panel data of Chinese vehicle manufacturers embedded in standardsetting alliance network,it conducted an empirical andlysis.The results show that network resource has a significantly positive effect on firms’NPD performance,however,the positive effect of network resource heterogeneity is not significantly.Centrality is significantly positively associated with firms’NPD performance,while structural holes are significantly negatively correlated with firms’NPD performance.The influence of network resource weakens the positive effect of centrality on firm's NPD performance.Further,network resource heterogeneity has a significantly positive moderating effect on the relationship between centrality and firm’s NPD performance,but its moderating effect on the relationship between structural holes and firm’s NPD performance is negative.
