英文科技论文的句式题名研究——以国际细胞生物学学术期刊为例

摘　　要：通过创建小型题名分析库,并借助统计工具EXCEL,SPASS21.0和Voyant对国际细胞生物学领域三大权威期刊原创型研究论文题名句式诸多特征进行统计和分析后表明:句式题名在细胞生物学科技期刊的论文题名中所占比例极高,流行趋势明显;句式题名以"主谓宾"结构的简单句为主,通常使用一般现在时态和主动语态,且高频谓语动词特征明显。此分析结果可为生物学研究领域的科研工作者论文题名的撰写及英译提供参考,由此建议国内期刊接纳更多的英文句式题名。This paper aims to reveal the application and features of sentence titles in international journals of cell biology research.All titles of papers under the column of Articles of three influential international journals were collected and compiled,based on which a small corpus was then constructed.Tools like EXCEL,SPASS21.0 and Voyant were applied for statistical treatment in terms of various features of sentence titles.The results show that sentence titles constitute a very high percentage in paper tiles of the target journals,indicating its popularity in the area of cell biology research;secondly,the subject-verb-object structure,simple present tense and active voice are widely adopted in sentence titles;thirdly,predicate verbs frequently used in sentence titles bear common characteristics.Research results can provide insights into title writing and translation for researchers working in the area of cell biology.Besides,sentence titles should be given more attention and space in Chinese scientific journals.
