ICAM-1、LFA-1在正常胃黏膜中及胃癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨ICAM-1、LFA-1在正常胃黏膜中及胃癌组织中的表达。方法随机选取胃癌患者80例作为胃癌组,另随机选取同期胃溃疡或十二指肠溃疡患者80例作为正常组,统计分析两组患者的CD45RA、CD45RO、ICAM-1、LFA-1表达情况、胃癌组不同肿瘤淋巴结转移患者的CD45RA、CD45RO表达情况、胃癌组不同肿瘤原发灶深度、肿瘤淋巴结转移、肿瘤远处转移患者的ICAM-1表达情况。结果胃癌组患者的CD45RA、CD45RO、ICAM-1、LFA-1表达率均低于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃癌组肿瘤淋巴结转移N1+N2患者的CD45RA、CD45RO表达率(76.0%、32.0%)均低于N0患者(80.0%、66.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃癌组肿瘤原发灶深度T1、T2、T3患者的ICAM-1表达率逐渐降低,肿瘤淋巴结转移N0、N1、N2患者的ICAM-1表达率逐渐降低,肿瘤远处转移M0、M1患者的ICAM-1表达逐渐降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICAM-1、LFA-1在胃癌中的表达较正常胃黏膜低。Objective To investigate the expression of ICAM-1 and LFA-1 in normal gastric mucosa and gastric cancer.Methods 80 patients with gastric cancer were randomly selected as the gastric cancer group.Another 80 patients with gastric ulcer or duodenal ulcer were randomly selected as the normal group.The expressions of CD45RA,CD45RO,ICAM-1,LFA-1,CD45RA,CD45RO in patients with lymph node metastasis from different tumors in gastric cancer group,depth of primary tumors in gastric cancer group and lymph nodes of tumors in the two groups were analyzed.ICAM-1 expression in patients with metastasis and distant metastasis.Results The expression rates of CD45RA,CD45RO,ICAM-1 and LFA-1 in gastric cancer group were lower than those of the normal group(P<0.05).The expression rates of CD45RA and CD45RO were 76.0%and 32.0%in gastric cancer patients with lymph node metastasis N 1+N2,which were lower than those of N0 patients 80.0%and 66.7%,with significant difference(P<0.05).In gastric cancer group,the expression rate of ICAM-1 in patients with primary tumor depth T1,T2 and T3 decreased gradually,while that of patients with lymph node metastasis N0,N 1 and N2 decreased gradually,and that of patients with distant metastasis M0 and M1 decreased gradually,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of ICAM-1 and LFA-1 in gastric cancer is lower than that of normal gastric mucosa.
