摘　　要：综述心理资本、诚信领导以及护士长诚信领导对护士心理资本影响的研究进展。指出大多数研究认同护士长诚信领导对护士心理资本的正向影响。但目前护理领域的相关研究多为现状调查,且样本量的代表性相对较低。今后可考虑运用干预的方式及扩大样本量进行研究,以增加研究结果的准确性和普适性。This article reviewed the research progress on the effect of psychological capital,authentic leadership,as well as head nurse′s authentic leadership on nurses′psychological capital.It was pointed out that most studies agreed with the positive influence of head nurse′s authentic leadership on nurses′psychological capital.However,the current research in the nursing field is mostly a status survey,and the representative sample size is relatively lower.In the future,it can be considered that intervention methods and expanding the sample size would be used to improve the accuracy and universality of the research results.
