常州市物流集聚区“产城融合”发展探索

摘　　要：物流集聚区建设已经成为城市建设及产业发展的重要课题,对提高物流的集约化程度、推动地方经济可持续发展、促进产城融合有着重要作用。近几年来,常州市在建设物流集聚区方面取得了一些成绩,但还存在城市空间应用效率低下、产业层次不高、配套设施匮乏、形象不佳等问题。在分析常州市产城融合存在问题的基础上,从空间重构、产业遴选、设施完善、环境重塑等几方面分别给出了建议。The logistics cluster area becomes an important issue of urban construction and industry development.It has an important role to improve the logistics of the degree of intensification,promote regional economic of sustainable development,increase industry and city's integration.In recent years,Changzhou has made some achievements in the logistics cluster areas,but there are still some problems,such as low efficiency of urban space application,the low industry level,lack of supporting facilities,poor image,etc.On the basis of analyzing problems in the industry and city's integration of Changzhou,some suggestions are given from the perspective of the space reconstruction,industry selection,facilities improvement and environmental remodeling.
