摘　　要：目的探讨慢性肾功能衰竭并剥脱性食管炎的临床诊断学特征。方法回顾性分析2019年1月5日至2月1日在昆明医科大学第一附属医院消化内科就诊的1例慢性肾功能衰竭合并剥脱性食管炎患者的临床资料,并复习相关文献。结果患者临床表现为呕血、胸骨后不适及吞咽困难,红细胞2.43×10^12/L,血红蛋白69 g/L,尿素35.54 mmol/L,肌酐1063.00μmol/L,胃镜诊断剥脱性食管炎。结论慢性肾功能衰竭患者如果出现呕血、胸骨后不适或吞咽困难时,要警惕剥脱性食管炎的发生。Objective To explore the diagnostic features of chronic kidney failure accompanied with exfoliative esophagitis.Methods The clinical data of a patient with chronic kidney failure and exfoliative esophagitis who was admitted to the Gastroenterology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University on January 5,2019 were retrospectively analyzed,and the relevant literatures were reviewed.Results The patient was mainly presented with haematemesis,retrosternal discomfort,and dysphagia.Blood routine examination showed the total number of red blood cells was 2.43×10^12/L,and the level of hemoglobin was 69 g/L.Renal function test showed the level of blood urea nitrogen was 35.54 mmol/L,and creatinine level was 1063.00μmol/L.Gastroscopy suggested exfoliative esophagitis.Conclusion If symptoms such as hematemesis,retrosternal discomfort and dysphagia appear in a chronic reneal failure patient,we should be aware of the occurrence of exfoliative esophagitis.
