FEZ1、TTF-1蛋白联合检测在宫颈小细胞肿瘤诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值观察

摘　　要：目的探讨亮氨酸拉链蛋白(FEZ1)、甲状腺转录因子-1(TTF-1)蛋白联合检测在宫颈小细胞肿瘤(SCCC)诊断及鉴别诊断中的价值。方法收集南阳医专一附院2015年2月-2019年2月期间60例SCCC患者临床资料作为观察组,另外选取本院同期确诊的宫颈非小细胞癌患者60例作为对照组(鳞癌48例,腺癌12例)。分析检测两组患者一般临床资料、FEZ1、TTF-1蛋白表达情况。结果观察组发生淋巴结转移、脉管累及、宫旁浸润比例明显较对照组增加(P<0.05);其FEZ1阳性表达率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),TTF-1阳性表达率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论SCCC患者的FEZ1缺失及TTF-1蛋白高表达可能与疾病的发生及肿瘤淋巴结转移、脉管累及、宫旁浸润有一定关联,可作为SCCC辅助诊断及鉴别的潜在免疫组化指标。Objective To explore the value of Joint Detection of glucocorticoid induced leucine zipper(GILZ)and thyroid transcription factor-1(TTF-1)protein in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of small cell carcinoma of cervix(SCCC).Methods Clinical data of 60 patients with SCCC from February 2015 to February 2019 were collected as the observation group.In addition,60 patients with no-SCCC diagnosed in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group(48 cases of squamous cell carcinoma and 12 cases of adenocarcinoma).The general clinical data,GILZ and TTF-1 protein expression of the two groups were analyzed and detected.Results The proportion of lymph node metastasis,vascular involvement and parametrial infiltration in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of GILZ was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the positive expression rate of TTF-1 was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The GILZ deficiency and high expression of TTF-1 protein in SCCC patients may be related to the occurrence of disease,tumor lymph node metastasis,vascular involvement,and parametrial infiltration,which can be used as potential immunohistochemical indicators for the diagnosis and differentiation of SCCC.
