摘  要:目的比较股动脉鞘拔除中使用ExoSeal血管封堵器与人工压迫止血发生皮下血肿的情况。方法回顾2016年8月-2017年3月,295例股动脉鞘拔除患者病历资料,分为ExoSeal血管封堵器组(100例)和人工压迫组(195例),观察记录发生皮下血肿的例数以及皮下血肿的大小。结果ExoSeal血管封堵器组皮下血肿发生率明显高于人工压迫组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股动脉鞘中使用ExoSeal血管封堵器较人工压迫发生皮下血肿风险高。Objective To compare the safety between ExoSeal vascular closure device and artificial hemostasis after femoral artery puncture.Methods Totally 295 patients treated with intervention through femoral artery puncture from August 2016 to March 2017 were enrolled and divided into ExoSeal closure device group and artificial hemostasis group.The number and size of subcutaneous hematoma were observed and recorded between the two groups.Results The incidence of hematoma was significantly higher in the ExoSeal closure device group than that in the artificial hemostasis group(P<0.05).Conclusion ExoSeal closure device can not decrease hematoma.
