摘　　要：目的评价CTA(CT血管造影)诊治出血性脑血管疾病的临床价值。方法选自2018年1月-2018年12月洛阳新区人民医院神经ICU收治的100例出血性脑血管病患者,所有患者皆行CTA检查,另外以数字减影血管造影检查结果作为对照,评价CTA诊断出血性脑血管疾病的临床价值。结果100例出血性脑血管疾病患者中,98例CTA结果与DSA结果相同;另外2例为CTA漏检2个动脉瘤。结论CTA是诊治出血性脑血管病的一种简单、无创、快速手段,将其应用于动脉瘤手术计划的制定、术中病灶定位上,临床应用价值较大。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of CTA(CT angiography)in the diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods 100 patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease treated in the neurological ICU of Luoyang New District People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected.All patients underwent CTA,and the results of digital subtraction angiography were used as controls to evaluate CTA.Results Among the 100 patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease,98 CTA results were the same as DSA results;the other 2 cases were CTA missed aneurysms.Conclusion CTA is a simple,non-invasive and rapid method for the diagnosis and treatment of hemorrhagic cerebrovascular disease.it can be used in the aneurysm surgical plans and the positioning of intraoperative lesions.
