回授法教育模式对食管癌患者营养风险、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨回授法教育模式对食管癌患者营养风险、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法选择住院治疗的食管癌患者72例,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(n=36)和观察者(n=36),对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上使用回授法教育模式进行健康教育,对两组患者入院时和出院时的营养状况、睡眠质量、生活质量进行对比。结果出院时两组患者的前白蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白、铁蛋白、转铁蛋白均提升,观察组的提升幅度大于对照组(t=-3.200、-4.237、-1.161、-2.405,P<0.05),出院时两组患者的PSQI评分、每晚睡眠时间均改善,观察组的改善幅度大于对照组(t=3.701、-2.888,P<0.05),出院时两组患者的生活质量(躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能)均提升,观察组的升高幅度大于对照组(t=-3.567、-3.218、-4.914、-2.548,P<0.05)。结论使用回授法教育模式干预住院治疗的食管癌患者,有助于改善营养状况,提升睡眠质量及生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of feedback education mode on nutritional risk,sleep quality and quality of life in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods Seventy-twn patients with esophageal cancer who hospitalized in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2018 were selected.According to the method of random number,they were randomly divided into control group(n=36)and observation group(n=36).The patients in the control group were given with routine care,while the patients in the observation group were given with a health education model using the feedback education model on the basis of the control group.Comparison of nutritional status,sleep quality and quality of life between the two groups of patients at admission and at discharge.Results At the time of discharge,the prealbumin,retinol binding protein,ferritin and transferrin were significantly increased in both groups;they were significantly more prominent in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI scores,nighttime sleep and the qualities of life of the two groups at discharge were improved,and they were significantly more prominent in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using the feedback-based education model in hospitalized esophageal cancer patients can help improve nutritional status,sleep quality and quality of life.
