丁苯肽注射液联合丹参酮IIA磺酸钠注射液在脑梗死患者溶栓治疗中的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨丁苯肽注射液联合丹参酮IIA磺酸钠注射液在脑梗死患者溶栓治疗中的效果。方法:将2015年12月~2017年12月在某院神经内科治疗的116例脑梗死溶栓治疗患者随机分为两组。对照组单用爱通立溶栓治疗,在此基础上观察组使用丁苯肽注射液联合丹参酮IIA磺酸钠注射液,比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能及生活能力变化、神经损伤因子水平、炎性因子水平。结果:观察组治疗有效率为93.10%,明显高于对照组的77.59%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,而BI指数明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯肽注射液联合丹参酮IIA磺酸钠注射液在脑梗死患者溶栓治疗中的效果显著,能促进脑部受损神经功能的修复,改善脑部血液循环,抑制炎性因子对脑组织的损害,提升治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of butylphenyl peptide injection combined with tanshinone IIA sulfonate sodium injection in thrombolytic therapy of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:116 patients receiving thrombolytic therapy for cerebral infarction in the department of neurology of a hospital from December 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with etongli alone,while the observation group was treated with butylphenyl peptide injection and tanshinone IIA sodium sulfonate injection.Compared two groups of the clinical curative effect,nerve function and ability of life change,nerve damage factor and inflammatory factor levels.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.10%,significantly higher than that in the control group(77.59%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,while the BI index was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of butylphenyl peptide injection combined with tanshinone IIA sulfonate sodium injection in thrombolytic treatment of patients with cerebral infarction is significant,which can promote the repair of brain damaged nerve function,improve cerebral blood circulation,inhibit the damage of inflammatory factors to brain tissue,and improve the treatment effect.
