摘  要:自主学习是成人教育的基本理念,与全日制学习模式相比,自主学习在成人学习中发挥着重要的作用。以在线学习课程组织行为学为例,运用描述性和统计学研究方法,提出成人学生自主学习意志力薄弱、过分依赖课程教师、自主学习效果不理想等问题,并对问题产生的原因进行深入分析,提出激发学习动机、建设学习资源平台、订立契约式学习机制、加强教师团队建设等路径以提高成人学生自主学习能力。Self-learning is the basic concept of adult education.Compared with the full-time learning model,sef-learning plays an important role in adult learning.Taking the online learning course Organizational Behavior as an example,this paper presents the problems of adult students as follows:weak willingness of self-learning,over-reliance on curriculum teachers,unsatisfactory self-learning by using the descriptive and statistical research methods,and then it conducts the in-depth analysis of the causes of these problems.Furthermore,the paper also puts forward the ways to stimulate the learning motivation,build the learning resource platform,establish the contract-based learning mechanism,and strengthen the teacher team building,etc.,in order to improve the self-learning ability of adult students.
