摘  要:本文针对碳交易机制下供应链企业横向减排研发策略选择所面临的复杂问题,考虑两个减排研发效率不同的制造商构成的供应链,构建碳交易机制下政府和制造商决策的三阶段博弈模型,研究了制造商选择减排研发竞争和研发合作的效果。结果表明:与研发竞争相比,制造商选择研发合作必定会降低研发效率较高企业的净碳排放量、利润以及整个国家碳排放总量,研发溢出率较高时会降低研发效率较低企业的净碳排放量和利润,研发溢出率较低时会增加研发效率较低企业的净碳排放量和利润。因此,提出适当鼓励减排研发成果在制造商之间溢出、补贴参与减排研发合作的制造商、鼓励制造商之间建立合理的利益共享契约,促使制造商选择减排研发合作策略。In view of the complex problems faced by manufacturers in the choice of R&D strategies for horizontal carbon emission reduction under the carbon trading mechanism,a supply chain composed by two manufactures with different carbon emission reduction R&D efficiency is considered,and a three-staged game model of government and manufacturer decision-making under the carbon trading mechanism is constructed,and the effects of R&D competition and cooperation on manufacturers’choice of emission reduction are analyzed.It's shown that,compared to R&D competition,manufactures’choice of R&D cooperation can undoubtedly reduce the net carbon emissions and profits of the enterprises with higher R&D efficiency and the total net carbon emissions of the whole country.Higher R&D spillovers will reduce the net carbon emissions and profits of the enterprises with lower R&D efficiency,and lower R&D spillovers will increase the net carbon emissions and profits of the enterprises with lower R&D efficiency.Therefore,it is proposed to encourage the R&D achievements of emission reduction to overflow among manufacturers,subsidize the manufacturers involved in R&D cooperation of emission reduction,and encourage the establishment of reasonable benefit-sharing contract among manufacturers,as to encourage manufacturers to choose the R&D cooperation strategy of emission reduction.
